Culinary Nook in its current entity started in 2007, we  moved from Bridgetown to Northam a true culture shock. Having spent a number of years producing herb & spice blends in conjunction with our Protea farm and selling at the markets in the south west, Margaret River, Vasse, Nannup etc.

In Northam we gradually started to increase our range and experimented with some new and exciting tastes. Our main concentration was DUQQA or commonly known as dukkah, we have created the most flavoursom  range which caters to most taste buds. In conjunction was our Herb & Spice blends again flavour & taste was important so we have created an exciting range which caters to all tastes. Seasoning salts were our next venture. Chilli salt has been sensational with chilli lovers and the Culinary is fantastic and great for just about any food and not forgetting our Gomasio, Japanese table salt. But our most exciting creation has been with Rice Bran Oil ( The healthy oil ). Our Infused Oils have been extreemly sucessfull.  Visit our produce page you will experience the rest of or products.

This has all been achieved by an older family group than the norm, my father is one of our tasting consultants at age 88 Jim has acquired a love of tangy tasty foods after a life of basic fair, our next entrant is Jay the dog he is our chief tasting expert and loves traditional egyption duqqa as a crust on chicken.

Now the creative workers  are Robin & Val we do all the real work in producing a culinary range of herbs and spice blends which covers a plethora of flavours from traditional to our own blends. Our signature dish is the Duqqa totally different from our compeditors, the taste and the texture is what makes it a winner with our customers. It has been created to be a culinary must in any recipe not just a dip.   With our Herb & Spice blends, we have presented a unique range of blends from around the world. These have been created to enable the most basic of cooks to achieve a culinary delight.
